While Wellowtea as a brand does not hold an individual certificate, our manufacturing partners follow verified organic and ethical production standards — ensuring fair, safe, and sustainable working practices.
 

3. Where are your towels produced?

Our towels are designed in the United Kingdom and woven in Turkey, a region celebrated for its long-standing tradition of high-quality cotton weaving.
We collaborate with skilled artisans who share our values of craftsmanship, sustainability, and integrity.
 

4. Do your towels feel different from regular ones?

Yes — and intentionally so.
Unlike conventional towels treated with synthetic coatings to feel “super absorbent” at first, our organic cotton is free from any chemicals or softeners.
After a few washes, the natural fibres open up, becoming even softer and more absorbent — improving with time, like true quality should.

To preserve softness and longevity:

• Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle

• Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh detergents

• Line dry when possible

Tip: Soak your towel in cool water overnight before its first wash — this helps release natural spinning oils and enhances absorbency.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days and delivered via Royal Mail or Evri tracked services.
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
All orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.

We want you to love your Wellowtea purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Damaged or defective items: return postage is covered by us.
