2. Terms of Sale & Product Information
By placing an order with Wellowtea, you agree to the following terms.
Orders & Payments
All prices are shown in GBP (£). Payment must be received in full before dispatch. Orders are confirmed once you receive an email from us.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal or customs delays beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@wellowtea.co.uk.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition for a refund. Refunds are issued once items have been inspected and approved.
Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Product Authenticity & Quality
Our towels are produced by a certified GOTS manufacturer, using 100% organic cotton and eco-friendly processes.
Although Wellowtea itself is not a GOTS-certified company, all towels are made within a GOTS-certified supply chainby our partner manufacturer.
The cotton used is sourced from Fair Trade regions in Türkiye, supporting local farmers and sustainable production.
Product Variations
Due to the use of natural fibres and handmade production methods, slight variations in colour, texture or stitching may occur. These are normal characteristics of organic cotton products and are not considered defects.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Wellowtea and Atak Trade Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.
