GENERAL CONDITIONS

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 

All orders are shipped from the UK to dispatched to mainland UK destinations. Items will usually arrive within 1-2 working days of being shipped. 

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £4.70 and all orders over £50 will be delivered to your address free of charge. All items are shipped using DPD and Royal Mail tracked next day delivery services.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of getting it delivered, as stated in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

When you cancel an order or part of an order, the goods must be returned in the original unopened packaging and in the condition that the goods were purchased.

 

The delivery fee does not belong to us in return requests for any reason unless your product is faulty.

 

You are responsible for the goods before return and for insuring or bearing the cost of the items until they are received by us.

 

Following delivery, you have 48 hours or two working days to raise any queries or inform us of any missing or damaged items. After this period we will not be able to deal with any claims for missing or damaged items. We operate on a fair and flexible basis and will always look into any query to help our customers.

 

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

 

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
