SHIPPING POLICY
How It Works
All orders are shipped from the UK to dispatched to mainland UK destinations. Items will usually arrive within 1-2 working days of being shipped.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £4.70 and all orders over £50 will be delivered to your address free of charge. All items are shipped using DPD and Royal Mail tracked next day delivery services.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
At Wellowtea, we strive to offer only the best quality products and to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and provide us with your order number and reason for the return. We will then provide you with the necessary instructions to return your items.
Please note that the returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. If the items are not returned in their original condition, a restocking fee may apply.
We will refund the purchase price of the returned items to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and processing the returned items. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We are committed to protecting the environment, and that's why we only offer products made from organic and sustainable materials. We take the same approach to our returns and encourage you to reuse, donate, or recycle the items whenever possible.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
About Our Policy
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for the shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.
NOTE: All of our towels are made from carefully selected high-quality luxury organic cotton. Information regarding the usage and washing instructions of the organic towels will be sent to you separately after purchasing.
