SHIPPING POLICY
Deliveries Within the United Kingdom Only
​All orders are shipped from our UK base to addresses within mainland UK.
We offer free tracked delivery on all orders – no minimum spend required.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, and most parcels arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
All parcels are sent using Royal Mail or Evri tracked delivery services, depending on your location and parcel size.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please make sure your delivery details are accurate at checkout to avoid any delays.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Wellowtea purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To start a return, please email info@wellowtea.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.
As part of our sustainability commitment, we encourage customers to reuse, donate, or recycle products where possible.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Our Commitment to Quality
All Wellowtea towels are crafted from luxury organic cotton, produced by a certified GOTS manufacturer using eco-friendly and Fair Trade practices in Türkiye.
If a product is found to be defective or damaged, please contact info@wellowtea.co.uk.
Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, we will:

Repair or replace the product at no additional cost, or

Issue a full refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
We will cover the cost of sending replacement products. Customers are responsible for return postage when sending items back to us.
Please follow the care and washing instructions provided with your purchase to ensure long-lasting quality.
